I've tried out Upwork in 2020 as a side hustle. This was my first project. I've created the layout and requested back-end functionalities.
Text, descriptions and media was later added by the cliënt himself.

The cliënt wanted all responses to be uploaded to a Google Sheet document aswell as sending a mail on new responses.
The resulting graph (Chart.JS) should also be downloadable and printable
